Shipping & Delivery
- Most orders have a 3-5 business-day processing time. The exception to this would be custom orders and prints. Some of the prints are made to order at an outside printing lab and are usually shipped within 10 days of order.
- Orders ship on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding US Holidays. We don’t ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays. Orders placed on weekends and after 1PM EST on weekdays will not ship until the next business day.
- We offer FREE STANDARD shipping to the contiguous 48 U.S. States. We unfortunately cannot ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
- All items are shipped with a tracking number. The tracking information will be emailed to you in your shipping confirmation.
- Items over $200 are insured.
- Gift Wrap Charge: For gift wrapped items, each item will be individually packaged at a cost of $7.95. Each item will receive one gift envelope with your personalized message. Orders with gift wrap may require an additional business day for processing.
- Most orders have a 3-5 business-day processing time. With our FREE Standard Shipping, once your artwork is shipped, please allow 3 to 6 more business days for delivery of the piece. If you’re interested in expedited shipping or shipping upgrades, please contact us at orders@kaphagroup.com before placing the order.
- Please note that international orders are final. Any order that ships over an ocean or border (Alaska, Hawaii, APO and FPO addresses) is considered international and is final sale. As always, the client is responsible for custom charges.

- For additional delivery arrangements for your package please leave us a note in the “Order Notes” box at the time of check-out. Please complete your purchase for the product(s) and we will contact you if needed regarding your note.
- If you’d like to add signature requirement to your shipment, please send us an email at orders@kaphagroup.com and we will contact you regarding the added protection services.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- Delivery dates and times are not guaranteed and are estimates provided by the carriers. Please reach out to the carrier directly (usually USPS or FedEx) if you have any additional delivery questions. If an order is required by a certain date, please consider expedited shipping, and email us at orders@kaphagroup.com
- Saturday and Sunday deliveries are currently not available.
- All orders are processed within approximately 3 to 5 business days after the order is placed. Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed within 3 to 5business days, Monday through Friday.
- To ensure the prompt delivery of your order, we recommend that you place your order by 1PM EST. Orders placed AFTER 1PM EST will be processed on the following business day (business day refers to Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays).
- We are not responsible for any shipment delays caused by USPS of FedEx.
- Please make sure the address we are shipping to is a secure location. We’re not responsible for stolen packages. If packages are stolen, we’ll try our best to help but we’re not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
- We’re also not responsible for lost mail. Please be sure to input all pertinent order information at checkout to avoid shipment delays and or delivery issues. You’re responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.
- Kapha Gallery is not able to quote customs and/or duty fees as they vary by country. We don’t pay any customs, duties, or taxes of any kind on international orders. Countries may or may not assess a fee for your order entering the country. Though not common, please be aware that it can happen, and that Kapha Gallery is not responsible for paying these fees. Tracking a Package:
After placing your order, you’ll receive a receipt and an email confirmation. You’ll also receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships.
